Sometimes you can get a cheaper ticket (called a 'Sparschiene') for the train if you buy it in advance, but this ticket is strictly for the selected connection. If you buy a 'normal' ticket, however, you can use it for any connection on that day. The price is the same whether you buy it in advance online or directly at the train station. Für Teilnehmer, die mit eigenem Klimaticket anreisen, können wir keine Reisekosten rückerstatten. Wir benötigen jedoch zur Vollständigkeit der Projektunterlagen eine Kopie dieses Klimatickets, bzw. Einzelticket die mit 100% Rabatt (Klimaticket) für die An/Abreise gebucht wurden.
Da wir jedoch das Benutzen eines Klimatickets sehr schätzen, werden etwaige Teilnahmegebühren für diese Teilnehmer gestrichen!

With each workshop, you will receive a travel reimbursement form, which can be sent to us (jumbo.office@gmail.com) up to 4 weeks after the end of the workshop. After checking this form, we will immediately initiate the refund.
Necessary information and documents:
- your bank details
- tickets and invoices for these tickets
- boarding passes
We can only reimburse costs, for which we have above mentioned documents and information
It depends on the Workshop. You will find the amount of the participiant fee in the detail view of each workshop.
The participation fee is normally collected in cash at the workshop, but this is also mentioned in the Workshop description.
For Erasmus+: After consultation, the fee can also be taken into account when reimbursing travel costs. (only valid in the case of an arrival from abroad)
